Appetite curbed but everything else sucks

I stopped Sertraline for Bupropion (Wellbutrin) solely to help my appetite. It’s been 2 months, I’m on 150. I’m freaking out. I can’t stop crying and I’m like so freaking irritated. Also I don’t want to be touched, my body is so sensitive, idk this shit sucks. But it’s the only thing that has helped with my appetite.

I don’t know what to do because I have to loose weight but I can’t stand this feeling.

Help! My turn to pick

It’s my turn to pick a book for next month book club. What was voted “most wanted” was a Murder Mystery that you can’t put down and have your jaw on the floor. OR something completely smutty and sexy but not YA. Soooo… if yall could please give me some suggestions that would great!

My doctor told me to hit 100g of protein a day. I know this is very easy for a lot of people and it’s getting better for me. Anyway, I’ve been making a lot of chicken and beef and fish. Mainly my meals will look like protein on one side of the plate veggies on the other side. It’s simple and easy and cheap.

Im getting fatigued from this type of “plate”. I have so much meat in my freezer because I buy bulk with my budget (it works great). But I have no idea what to make.

Please send ideas.

EDIT: For context - My doctor told me to shoot for 100g of protein and 20-30g of fiber a day. This is because my blood panel came back with high lipids (yay 30s).

Thank you!
