Eggs + raw milk diet: budget
Im on a budget currently so im thinking of consuming only eggs milk and fruit to save money. Anything else I should incorporate?

As the title says, I’ve experienced all of this and for the last 4 days. I am 99% certain that this was caused by the fact that I had 3 oysters. What I don’t know is whether I’m detoxing or got sick, any way to tell them apart?
Everyone seems to suggest raw butter as one of the top sources for fat, but does drinking raw milk not give exactly the same fat as the butter is milk fat? If I drink 2L of raw milk daily, what’s the need for raw butter?
5’9 68kg male.

500g raw muscle meat
100g raw butter
The only raw butter source available to me is imported from a different country. Still worth buying?

For those curious or those who have advice for me, here are my hormonal blood results from November 2025 (before primal diet) to May 2026 (3 months on the primal diet.

Hey, for some background, I’m 21yo, 174cm, 68kg, been on the diet strictly for 3 months and today I had my testosterone levels checked, expecting a increase from what it was back in November 2025, when I wasn’t on the primal diet.
Total t back then was 16nmol/l, and to my surprise, it is still exactly the same. Free T levels will come in tomorrow, but I am bummed out by this result. I eat about 800g-1kg of muscle meat a day, 6 eggs, often 1-2 L raw milk, about 50-100g raw butter. For carbs I consume raw unheated honey and orange juice as well. Don’t use shampoo or body wash, have cotton clothing, don’t brush my teeth with toothpaste, get decent amount of sunlight (although I’m Spanish living in Sweden, so still nowhere near as much as I should be getting). I’m quite lean, have very little fat on me (always struggled to put on fat).
I don’t understand what more I can do to get my testosterone levels up to where they are supposed to be. I have been feeling like something is missing, I’m still very sad, empty inside and I’m wondering if you guys have any tips.
Im only able to get raw milk once every 2 weeks, but it lasts in the fridge for about 6 days before it starts to sour. Is there any way to make it last longer, so that i can buy like 14L at once, enough to last me 2 weeks? Or is there anything else i can do with the milk so that it provides my body for 2 weeks.
