Got a question regarding ftp increase after newbie gains.

Started around 9 weeks ago doing indoor training, rode some outsude last summer but upping volume and intensity now when weather isn't an issue, more the cold as I dont have thermal gaear yet. Rain i enjoy but sucks to clean the gunk. Ive gone from 140 to 212 to 226 something in 9 weeks, when does the newbie gains start to wain off a bit? Im guessing right now a lot is technique and the new use of clipless, but Im more asking this so I now so I know how to dictate my expectations in the future. Having done a 200 and 320 indoors, next up will be outdoors, then I think i will do an everest towards nov or december, after that I can keep repeating to up my speed and progress.

But the ftp increase here is the question as it will help me knowing what to aim for etc. Thanks my dudes/dudettes for your time.

Rouvy is really neat.

I'm very new to riding overall, rode last summer during the summer and got my Zwift ride 9 weeks ago, but I must say I really like the feel of Rouvy, it's a nice, different break from Zwift. And also great when looking for working elevation. Just finished a modest climb today, and these just cant really.bed had in Zwift unless you grind one slope. At 100kg this was a fun starting climb I feel, but need to keep losing the extra weight, at least I'll feel fast once I do, haha. Climed from 140 to 212 to 226 something in ftp, so very happy with progress.

Couldn't wait for August, 320km done :)

It felt easier than the 200km mentally, though the last 20 kind of felt slow. But it was a fun effort,.next time i need to add more elevation. My knee and thigh acted up so decided to avoid elevation this time, better to finish it than to get.injured halway.

Just did a oneday precarb and ate every hour or 40 min, prety much same.deal.as 200, though speed was much greater this time. Even beat my 200k PR by an hour or.more, i think. Overall happy with the time for now, even had energy to push the last 60km.
