I own a private pack and ship store, we’re a UPS access point. The business has been operating since the 80s, has a great location, existing mailbox customers as well.

I would like to convert this to a full UPS store or a smaller one, how would that work if possible? Has anyone pulled this off before?

One of those kind of companies that are authorized UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, provider and offers packing and printing services. Anyone doing this currently or has done it before?
