Wanting to get into an Expedition Max, possible former rental?

Hey! So my wife and I have 5 kids ranging from 12 down to 2. I have a Palisade that I absolutely love but it doesn't fit all of us and the cargo space is abysmal. My wife has an Odyssey, but even beach trips these days are starting to fell cramp with everything we bring. We go to the beach a lot and do 1 or 2 trips a year to visit family out of the state.

I've always loved the Expedition Max, my only concern is that to be able to afford one, I'd have to get one with a decent amount of miles, I'm guessing a former rental car. We bought my Palisade brand new and I only drive about 8k miles a year, so my car has 45k miles on it and I take really good car of it, never had a single issue with it. It feels weird going from a car I bought brand new that now has 45k miles on it to a vehicle with 70k miles put on it in 2-3 years.

When looking at a vehicle like this, is there certain maintenance that I need to look out for to make sure it's been done? So far I've only been looking at 2023 and 2024 models, has to be a Max, and preferably a Limited although I'd be open to a XLT. Since I only drive 8k miles a year I'm hoping then even with it's high mileage, it should last a good 10-15 years til all the kids are out of the house.
