Hello! Long time no post. Many months ago I shared Factotum with you, which—at the time—was a combat tracker and dice roller. Well, I am very happy to be back with the biggest update yet introducing character generation!
There's too many features to list, but here's a few to highlight:
- Create characters in the Mythras Imperative ruleset: Create characters using the Mythras Imperative tools! Factotum supports mundane, pulp heroic and paragon characters, as well as regular and skill pyramid skill allocations. It includes all the calculations for cultures, careers and their skills, limits your professional skill selections, allows you to select spells and
- View a virtual character sheet: Each character has a virtual character sheet displaying everything you might need for playing your game. You can also enter into "Edit mode" and change every last detail of your character. The sheet also includes convenient calculations, like calculating your AP based on the best armour for each location.
- Create custom content: Mythras Imperative items and spells aren't quite enough for you? You can create your own gear, armour, weapons and spells, which will be available to you when you create your characters. You can of course export and import this data, and the importer automatically detects any conflicting items you might have.
- Other updates: There's been lots of other updates I've done since my last post here that I've been posting about on the Mythras Discord, such as supporting combat effects in the combat tracker and improving the Mythras Encounter Generator user experience. You can check them out in the changelog for more details.
- And lots more: There's too many features to count, check it out for yourself!
Let me know what you think!
