Quick flics
Got a new body on the TRX4M and got it trimmed up as much as I could to make it work, also added some stickers 😂 I’m kinda trying to match the vibe of my Runner I drive every day (Last Photo)

Found this cool spot near my apartment with a big area full of rocks it’s pretty technical in some areas but overall endless fun to be had here 🔥
Hey all! Dropping an update on my TRX-4M F-150 build. Got a solid foundation going and want some community input on where to push it next.
Current Parts List:
• Chassis: Aluminum LCG with carbon fiber ESC
relocation/battery tray
• Shocks: Injora 59mm with stock (non-Injora) springs — stiffer and shorter, which I'm liking for now
• Axles: Diamond portal axles
• Links: Injora high clearance brass up front, aluminum in
the rear - flex links only in the rear lowers; spacers on the uppers front and rear to prevent binding
• Steering links: Swapped to Injora steel units - corrected the over-centering issue from the Diamond portal stock links, and the extra length gives some toe-out that's helping with rearward turning radius and rock bite
• Limiting straps: Rubber bands from the CF battery tray kit (placeholder, I know)
• Motor/Trans: Injora 180 Pro 48T with Injora transmission
• Servo: 15kg Injora coreless high torque micro with MEUS Racing micro 25T aluminum horn
• Wheels: 46g TxXress 1.3" beadlocks with brass rings
• Tires: 70x27mm Swamp Claws
• Ballast: 12g 10mm brass spacers on wheels + original 7mm brass spacers mounted to the front of the chassis as counterweights
• Skid plate: Injora stainless chassis armor — center section only (front and rear don't clear the portals)
• Rock sliders: Powmok aluminum
• Transmission mount: Brass
What I need help with:
Real front limiting straps that'll fit this platform without clearance headaches - what are you guys running?
Is the current spring setup (stock stiffness, shorter length) worth keeping long enough to evaluate, or should I be looking at proper Injora springs now that the weight is up?
Any experience running the Diamond portals long-term? Curious about durability and whether the steering geometry quirks are something others have dialed in differently.
The rig crawls really well for its size - the weight distribution feels close to right but I'm always open to being wrong. Let me know what you'd change!
