I’m having to move out to live with my family otherwise I would stay. Location is 2 blocks away from the 2 & 5 and a 10 min walk to Prospect Park and the Q,B,&S trains.
Apartment amenities: 5 beds and 3 bathrooms. You will have your own private bathroom. 2 of the rooms have been turned into offices, so you’ll have a great WFH setup. In unit laundry and dishwasher. 30 mins from the city. Close to prospect park. The apartment is 2 stories with bedrooms on top and a massive living room below.
If you would like, we can negotiate keeping the furniture (bed frame, desk, bookshelf, side table). The lease will run from Nov 15 - May 1. 2 roommates but they are typically not home.
