What is happening with IHG Holiday Inn Express properties? During my cross country trip from west coast to east coast I have stayed at several properties and I can verify first hand there is significant variations in property maintenance standards, customer service and overall property management. To clarify I checked reviews on Expedia, and Trip Advisor before booking on stated "4.7 out of 5" and the other identified the property as "excellent". The property website states it is "award winning" I think it's time to give up on Holiday Inn Express.
