Is 19 (mostly) fish too many for a 20 gallon tank?

I have 4 serpa tetra, 4 small guppies, 4 black skirt tetra, 2 Cory catfish, 3 snails and two miniature frogs in here. I do a 2 gallon water replacement twice a week and 5 gallons once a week. I'm planning on getting more Java ferns. The tanks had been going like this for 2ish months but I, 3 days ago, added the 2 frogs and the 4 black skirt tetras and I'm worried it might be too much in there now. I haven't noticed anything to cause concern but I'd rather ask now before it becomes a problem. I'm considering taking the 4 serpaes out as they are the only ones I see being nippy.

Be honest, can I pull off a goatee? (30M)

I've never been a fan of goatees, but I've had the same general haircut and beard look pretty much since I was like 16. Decided I wanted to just see what I looked like with a goatee and to my surprise I kind of like it. My fiancé also said she likes it but I want some tough love here.

I like that it makes me look older I think.

A dense, quick to learn writing system. Every word is one symbol and can be deciphered from first principles.

Still haven't gotten how to use symbols down yet but I like that it's somewhere between an alphabet and a symbol language.

How many books do you read at a time/ does anyone else juggle many books at once?

I tend to have one or two main books that I read at a time but I have a much larger backlog of books that I'll slowly work through over a year (or two or three). Right now I'd say there's probably 10 or so books that I'm reading to some degree, a lot of which I haven't touched in the last month. But I'll pop in with them here and there when I need a break from my main book, read a chapter or two. Sometimes the mood hits me right and I'll pick one from the backlog up and it moves to my main book. Sometimes they just fall off when I realize I haven't touched them in a year.

I don't know anyone else who reads this way but I imagine it's not that uncommon.
