First, Yue Guanshan has definitely chosen the top-tier seven stars for his teammates

Chu Yinian, and Qi Yanqing have outrageous skills and Zhu Yiting is self explanatory.

But one thing is amiss... Feng Qirui seems tobe a bit underqualified.

First, his skill should break apart teams. But other than a double KO scenario, such a skill with only long-term effects should not qualify for Yues team. Also, if someone suddenly started acting out, CRs team would be aware and defend themselves. So, what we get is that Hate Sea Clear Sky is a covert mental superego skill with both short and long term effects.

We still have a problem here. This skill needs to be used ideally on team CR. And, there is a requirement of hiddeness too, better even for time-travelers like was boosted Han Fei.

So, Yue Guanshans knows this and devises a plan. The sends FQ to fight QY one on one where no one is watching. There he has an opportunity. 1. Qiu Yinong would never get hit by HSCS directly, only in a future only she can see. Still, the effect would count - it must be outrageous given that it should be seven star. And given QYs military strategy, she will wait till the perfect moment to attack...

So YG either 1. has FQ kill QY or 2. Has QY betray team CR - both options work out well.

4. By dialogue of other true selves, it seems that SGILW has a measure of control over who comes to hell when ( viz letting chen ran appear last) (maybe also being behing chen yang being the fifth) This is propably by a skill, so therefore, skills predate hell.

5. If skills predate todays hell, it means liar killers predate hell too. This is furhter confirmed by the guns having a priority over the rules of the stone pillars, which are gui yu

6. Lin Ou (the goat) knows the greatest gui yu of the eighteenth layer, and he cannot possibly be able to deduce from unknown premises. Therefore, the gui yu must be deducible at most from that which Big Gold Tooth (another goat) knows, or from what Lin Ou can deduce from the enviroment.

So, what i think happened is : there was an original space, and the pure land is a part of it. Lying is judged there, and there are dungeons too, and skills, as they are in different spaces from 18th layer. Finally, SGILW created present hell, either due to his hatred to unkind souls or smth else. Some of the mechanics there were created by UOHAM, like the guns and the points and the green fire and so, and the greatest gui yu is that these are real.
