there was a problem with the application's formatting and questions so i remember emailing the issues to the dean and his entire management team, found their gmails on the iba website and the problem was instantly fixed and i even got a call from IBA that the 'higher ups informed us of the issues and we thank you for highlighting them', use this same approach to tell them about the delayed results experience, and how it affects your image of IBA, and include every focal person's gmail in IBA with the message, goodluck.
