Found it here in dominican republic in a local thrift store, 1.60 dollars

I've never seen this before. I got a damaged PS3 and when I turn it on, the lights are very dim, they flicker and then the console completely shuts down. No fan, no hard drive, no disc drive, sorry for the lenght of the video
