Severe Leg Pain & Tiredness Even After 3 Months – Vitamin D Deficiency (7 ng/mL)
I was diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency 3 months ago at 7 ng/ml. I had ankle pain in the beginning. After 2 months, It got better. However my lower leg gets incredibly tired after a bit of walking and feels like a long leg workout. EVERY Morning, I wake up in pain like I had leg workout yesterday. It's mostly the front portion of lower leg (tibialis anterior) and the calf muscles occasionally. I am forced to spend the day on bed to not work my legs hard. I walk for my necessities and I do stretching (doctor jo's full body stretching).
are there any signs of hope? Is anyone's situation like this? This has been a very long torture considering how athletic I was before this..
