Best omakase places with a shorter lunch menu?

Hi, we've been looking for other high quality omakases in london that specifically offer a shorter menu for lunch (or just generally omakases with fewer courses). Our go-to used to be Taku, though we haven't been back since they rebranded to Sushi Amamoto. Less of a price constraint and more so because we simply cannot eat that much - I went to sushi kanaseka and while absolutely delicious (though I'm not sure it justifies the price) I was beyond stuffed by the time the cooked courses arrived. Been meaning to try Sushi Tetsu but I'm not sure if they offer a shorter menu. Maru has also been recommended to me by some friends, but would be grateful for any other recs. Thanks!!

Helsinki recommendations

Will be there in early september-ish. Looking for maybe one or two starred/fine dining restaurants for dinner as we will likely be doing outdoor activities during the day. Finnish/Scandic food preferred, but nothing that would lean too gamey like deer and such.

Places to take parents in London/nearby

Parents have been visiting me in London a number of times over the past few years, and we've visited many of the starred places by now. Booked Core and Kol for this time round, but we're looking for a couple more to fill up the rest of our schedule. I've considered St. John but my father is rather picky and it seems a tad too traditional for him; he also doesn't eat raw food so sushi places are out of the question.

Places we've liked in the past: Humble Chicken, Veeraswamy, Anglothai, Ledbury, Row on 5, Pavyllon

Places we liked less: Gymkhana, SOLA

Grateful for any recs, If it's slightly outside London we could consider it as long as it is easily accessible.

edit: would love to hear any opinions about Behind, Frog, and Wild Honey specifically, or anything similar
