[For Hire] Python Scripts, Bug Fixes & Small Coding Tasks

Hi everyone!

I'm taking on small Python projects to build my experience and portfolio.

I can help with:

Writing custom Python scripts

Fixing Python bugs

Small automation scripts

CSV, TXT and PDF processing

Improving or finishing small Python scripts

Please note: I'm only taking on small Python coding tasks. I'm not offering complete websites, mobile apps, or large software projects.

Starting prices:

Small bug fix: $3+

Simple Python script: $5+

Larger tasks: We'll discuss a fair price based on the requirements.

If you have a task that might be a good fit, feel free to send me a DM with the details. If it's something I can do, I'll give you a price estimate and a delivery time before I begin.

Thanks for reading!

[Hobby] Looking for Casual Unreal Engine Programmer to Partner on an Atmospheric Space Game (Inspired by Interstellar)

Hi everyone,

I am a game designer and writer looking to partner with a programmer fluent in Unreal Engine to build a playable vertical slice (a short, highly polished demo) for a hard sci-fi exploration game.

The Concept:

Think Interstellar meets high-stakes space navigation. The game focuses heavily on atmospheric tension, pilot mechanics, survival, and navigating the intense physics of deep space (like managing gravity fields, extreme environments, and time progression elements). We aren't trying to build a massive AAA world from scratch; the goal is to create a highly stylized, cinematic experience by leveraging free modular sci-fi and terrain asset packs from the Fab Marketplace.

My Role & Timeline (Read Before Replying):

I handle the full Game Design and Project Management. I’ve already done the prep work and have a structured GDD covering core mechanics and level progression. My daily work on the project will include:

Asset Sourcing: Doing the legwork on the Fab Marketplace to find, organize, and document the exact asset packs we need so you don't have to waste time searching for models.

Organization: Managing our workflow via Trello/Notion so our goals are always clear and bite-sized.

Dialogue & Narrative Design: Writing the scripts, UI text, and mission parameters.

Crucial Note on my availability: I am 14 and in school, which means my schedule is going to be on-and-off. There will be weeks where I am super active, and weeks where school, exams, and life take over and I have to step away for a bit.

Because of this, this is a strictly low-pressure, casual hobby project. I am looking for a programmer who is totally fine with a relaxed, slow-burn pace, and who wants to collaborate without any intense deadlines or stress.

What I’m Looking For:

A programmer who wants to build something mechanically unique and atmospheric. No professional experience required, but comfort with Unreal's physics and Blueprints/C++ is a huge plus.

We will begin with a very small, simple prototype task (just setting up a shared GitHub repository and getting a basic camera orbiting a sphere) to ensure our workflows and communication mesh well.

If you love space, sci-fi, and want to casually co-create a universe, drop a comment or DM me with some of your past work or what you're interested in!
