Airtel spam protection blocking calls

I've been repeatedly told by almost every single driver across apps that I'm not picking their calls. But I never receive their calls. When I checked, I realised airtel spam protection is actively blocking all of these calls. Is there some way to stop this from happening? Like can't I make a choice of which calls to pick up (or not). If I'm not even notified of such calls, how am I to know?

I don't want to disable spam protection as a whole as I think it'll have its advantages. But this is horrible. And it's not restricted to drivers either. Delivery guys are also unable to call sometimes. And they are annoyed because they're trying to call me to figure out my exact location! Pls help

Help me decide

I've been offered a full time work in office job with my current part time online employer. I chose online initially because the distance to go and come from there is around 22 kms one way. It takes about 2 hours and around 2-3 buses to reach there, one way again. But since this is for client interface, there is no other option than to go physically. He's said he can discuss the "commercials" once I accept the offer. But is it worth it? Travelling for 4 hours on a daily basis 6 days a week. The job is something ik well and have done before. I also think it has a lot of scope going forward. I don't have other job offers on hand rn (tbh haven't tried for any once I started off this online job). Have a week to decide.

Has there been anybody who's travelled this long on a daily basis? Is it worth it? I also need to take care of the cooking etc before leaving the house. So I'm wondering how I'm going to manage and need help deciding. I'm even thinking I can try going for 3-6 months and seeing whether it works for me. Do those kind of ideas work irl? TIA

Edit: Since a 65 hour work week was mentioned, just thought of adding this: my employer says he is flexible and I can come in at 11 AM and walk out by 4 PM. not sure if that's possible on a daily basis if clients are present but at least most days I think/hope to do so. Is it still worth it? My employer can at the most offer food, no other facilities.
