Glass Craft Front Entry Double Doors

Purchased around four months back and had installed by professional recommended by retailer.

Doors have iron work on outside with four obvious hinges (2 on left side; 2 on right side) of each door.

They're obviously there to use to swing open iron work to clean glass.

How do these open?

Why can't I post pics to clarify?

All in, doors cost $15k and I can't even clean them.

Installer wasn't sure either.

Anyone???
