Hi - This is my first post on this subreddit.

I will be transiting through HKG in the first week of October and was wondering if the Wing, First Class Lounge will be accessible to me at the time. I will be in Business class, but I am a OW Emerald Member. It says on the OW website that Emerald gets access, but that it is currently limited to CX diamond members and CX First Class (makes sense).

Do we know when the restrictions will be lifted and allow OWE members in?

Hi All, I have a big trip coming up to Japan and Hong Kong, and I'm on the verge of hitting executive platinum status, and this CX trip is going to be a hefty chunk. Anyways, I booked the ticket through through a travel agent who went through CX directly, and I'm not sure whether or not they added my frequent flyer number.

I spoke with the CX customer service team, and they said they were not able to add my information and it can only be done at airport check-in. Is anyone familiar with this issue? And if so, was it in fact only resolved at check-in physically at the desk, or was there potentially some sort of workaround?
