Message from recruiter. What does this mean? Do I still have a chance?

I had onsite interviews at a company two weeks ago and I thought the interviews went well. However nobody responded to my thank you email which is fine I think that does not really mean anything. I then checked in with the recruiter afterwards who didn’t really give me any concrete information or he just didn’t reply to my email. Today, I decided to send another follow up email. Surprising the recruiter responded fast with the below message -

Hope all is well and sorry for any delay! The hiring manager is taking a bit longer than expected for interviews and he mentioned she would reach out to you today, which is great! Hoping we can wrap this up mid next week!

I didn’t hear from the hiring manager today.

What does this recruiter email mean?

So I had an onsite about two weeks ago and I thought I was rejected. However I still sent a follow up email to the company recruiter today, and this is how he replied:

Hope all is well and apology for the late reply! We are taking a bit longer for interviews and the hiring manager mentioned he would reach out to you tomorrow which is great!

Hoping we can wrap this up next week!

What do you think?

I just found out that I received 1099-SA but I forgot to file it this year. It has a gross distribution of roughly $1500 and I used them for paying out of pocket medical expenses after insurance coverage (I think they are qualified medical expenses and thus non-taxable?). I know I need to amend the return, but IRS is STILL processing my return and I have a big refund (roughly $25k) due to I overpaid my quarterly estimated tax. The question here is shall I amend the return right now? Or wait for IRS finishes processing and refund? The concern is I’m not sure if amending right now would further delay the refund. Thank you!

I overpaid our Q4 estimated tax by a lot and our refund is over 25k. Curious what’s other people’s timeline in receiving a large refund by direct deposit?

Tenants told me that the kitchen sink is experiencing recurring debris coming back up, along with a strong sewer odor and gurgling sounds at random times. These symptoms occur even when they are not using water.
I had a plumber inspect the issue, and they advised that this is likely not an isolated unit problem, but instead related to a blockage or issue in the building’s main drain line or plumbing system. They recommended contacting HOA for further action. I tried to contact the management company many times and they still haven’t sent anyone to inspect yet. It’s been weeks. What can I do in this case?
