At the edge of getting a Tuono v4 (probably factory), coming from a '23 mt09sp
I don't know if I'm making a mistake, to be honest.
When I got my A license I looked for a bigger bike for a while, tried to get a Yamaha XSR900 but the dealer gave me a great price on a mt09sp and ended up getting it.
I've been riding it for 12000km. and so far it's been great. Just using logic, the bike is perfect for what it is: fast/slow when you need it, good fuel mileage, reliable with reasonable maintenance prices,...
The problem is that I bought it because the price was good, not because I was in love with the bike.
Now, this last year I've been basically looking Tuono ads almost everyday... just, you know... fantasizing.
There are quite a bit of the 2021-2024 gen at good prices right now and I'm just a phone call away from getting one this next week.
I like the color pattern of the factory but the base model has the windscreen and the seat looks more comfy. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra to get the factory but I'm still deciding. My use case is mostly going on 2-3 hour rides outside city, most of the time to twisty roads. Should I pay for the factory?
Anyway, I guess I'm asking if someone has made a similar move as I plan to, or any input on things I should know.
Thanks.
