Position of Distal tips in Glands

I’m looking to hear from anyone who’s experienced a similar issue with the distal tips of their inflatable penile implant.

I’m about 4 weeks out from receiving a Coloplast Titan (24 cm). Since surgery, I’ve been able to clearly feel the distal ends of both cylinders just beneath the glans. The left distal tip feels noticeably higher but good position while right size is lower and pushes out to edge.

What concerns me most is the support under the glans. On the underside of the penis where the shaft meets the head, I can feel what seems like a gap or lack of support on right side, as if this side isn’t supporting the glans. Visually, it appears that the left cylinder is providing more support while the right side feels like it sits lower and farther toward the outside edge of the glans instead of directly underneath it.

Because of that, the left side is pushing the glans upward while the right side isn’t providing the same support. My glans consistently angles and rotates to the left while flaccid and the right side of head just pulls left and looks deformed when inflated.

Fully inflated, feels like the tissue on the right side is being stretched rather than supported, which is why I’ve started wondering if the distal support is uneven. I can feel it more during sex too which doesn’t feel great, so deflating some for comfort.

My surgeon has advised waiting until around the 3-month mark before deciding whether anything needs to be addressed, and I understand healing can change a lot over that time. I’m trying to be patient, but I’m curious whether anyone else experienced something similar.

For anyone who’s been through this:

Were you able to feel both distal cylinder tips under the glans?
Did one distal tip seem higher or farther forward than the other?
Did you notice a gap or lack of support beneath part of the glans?
Did your glans angle or rotate because of uneven support?
Did things improve with healing and cycling, or did it ultimately turn out to be a cylinder positioning issue?
If you needed a revision, what was corrected and how were your results afterward?

I’m not looking for anyone to diagnose me. I’m simply trying to understand whether others have experienced this, whether it improved over time, and what the eventual outcome was.

Thanks, I really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s dealt with something similar.

Starting to get it

If your dick is 100% broken, I get it better than no dick. I’ll say only at 3 weeks post op, I fn hate this. I rather a normal dick that works sometimes and isn’t a science experiment. I wish I never did this. In order for someone to get an implant they should go through a series of physical tests that determine the proper outcome.

Regret boys. Ya’ll say it will get better, but the maintenance around this is not even with it. Who cares if you get a hard shaft. I have a crooked head and I think something is wrong w glands, tip doesn’t grow like it used to and I washed up now. Regret regret.

The ongoing pain and discomfort, yah one can accept it as the new normal. It fn sucks. I wish this on no one. I wish I took more time to make a better decision. That my thoughts today.

Coldplast penal implant - Does it get any better or did I just make he worst decision of my life?

I’m 2 weeks post surgery. Decided to get the implant due to ongoing hourglass feature at base due to years of injections with TriMix. The injections worked great and sometimes the rest worked on its own, but barely due to venous leaks over years. The hourglass feature continued to worsen and wanted to address before got any worse, was like Gumby down there. Pills didn’t work anymore.

First 2 weeks has been very painful. Initial swelling was larger than a softball to the scrotum area. I was to advised to start the pumping 3 days after surgery, I started about day 4-5 and have been cycling twice a day now which is asked moving forward. I feel like I’m walking around with a throbbing penis all day.

Now that things are getting a little better, I’ve communicated to my Dr the following:

  1. Penis head - my head looks like it’s tilting slightly left and it has a crooked appearance when flaccid. I was told nothing can do and hopefully changes over time.

  2. Cycling - inflate getting easier, take me a while though as I have 24 cm cylinders. The penis hurts when fully hard ( both shaft and head). The head doesn’t grow, it looks stretched and thin compared to what I normally would have. I know the pump doesn’t address head, but hope improves over time.

Deflate for me is very difficult. I have to do it standing up and it takes a solid 5-10 minutes for me to get it down. Never really feels like normal flacid and the more I deflate, the worst the dog ears are and the pain sets in.

  1. Dog Ears - when fully deflated the dog ears and pain at worst. They bunch one my right side at base and poke through. This cause the penis to constantly be at a hard left position around 10 o’clock. I believe this pulling has something to do with the head looking crooked as well. The more I deflate, the worse the painful bend is. And the pain is persistent through the day and uncomfortable. Sleeping has become very challenging due to the position the penis is forced and dog ears popping out.

Again only 2 weeks in, but I’m already very upset about my frankeindick over here. I am thinking I made the worst decision that is now irreversible. I’m super concerned about intimacy now due to all the unnatural looking /feeling changes to my penis. The primary reason I did this was to maintain an erection and eliminate long term damage of fibroid and scar tissue.

Has anyone had similar experiences and does it get any better? Are there anything recommendations on improving the dog ears situation? Again I can’t even sleep at night because there is not comfortable spot with the tubing literally hurting and causing the penis to bend at extremely painful and uncomfortable angles.
