Already own Senn HD490 Pro, need advice on closed back for mixing/mastering

Because of some (temporary) changes to my studio setup, I’m in urgent need of a more isolating set of cans (passive isolation):

— Used primarily for music production/mixing/mastering.
— Genre is electronic and film soundtrack.
— Budget is $300-500.
— Not using DAC currently.

The Senn HD490 Pro have served me well. I’m looking for a set that would not sound radically different, but open to suggestions keeping in mind RC should be close to flat.

Contenders from my research are Senn HD620S, Beyer DT700 Pro X, Neumann NDH 20.

Priority is passive noise mitigation/isolation, typically from AC/fans/street, while being a good monitor for production.

Thinking of moving from Italy to France, need suggestions

I'm a USA/EU (Italian) double citizen, retired, fluent in Italian and French.

I currently live in a rural property near Siena (Val d'Orcia) in Italy and overall happy with the balance in quality of life, cost of life, overall scenery and access to services (hospitals, roads, trains, etc). The farmhouse where I live is 15min walking distance to a nice medieval town of 5,000 inhabitants. For a long time I've entertained a similar lifestyle in rural France but don't know where to begin my exploration.

If you're unfamiliar with Siena province/Val d'Orcia, this is a very wine-centric region of Tuscany, with a fantastic combination of beautiful scenery, medieval/renassaince towns, prosperity due to wine industry and tourism, and reasonably balanced weather. The cost of living is reasonable for Italian standards.

Before I purchase any property, I thought of comparing this region (which I like a lot) to a "comparable" region(s) in France. I have no allegiance to living in either country, but wonder if you've had the privilege of experiencing a similar situation in both areas and if you can point out the differences, advantages/disadvantages of each.

What region(s) of France would be most similar to my current place (rural, economically stable due to wine/tourism economic activities)? Any comments comparing social openness, cost of living, access to services like health care and others you may consider important?

Thanks so much and happy to provide more details!

Getting annoying message on Safari 26.5: The website "pay.sandbox.google.com" requires a client certificate.

MacOS 26.5, MBP M3 Max

All of a sudden this modal/pop-up is showing when using Safari to visit sites like Bloomberg.com. Full message is:

>The website "pay.sandbox.google.com" requires a client certificate. This website requires a certificate to validate your identity. Select the certificate to use when you connect to this website, and then click Continue.

If I cancel, eventually this shows again. If I click Continue then I get another message to enter my password for "login".

Any ideas?
