[SUBLEASE]: 2 SLOTS AVAILABLE: 715/Month 4B2B 1,044 SQFT, Walking Distance from Campus

[SUBLEASE]: 2 SLOTS AVAILABLE: 715/Month 4B2B 1,044 SQFT, Walking Distance from Campus

Location: Victory on Salisbury
Sublease Takeover: My roommate and I are currently looking to sublease our two units. Sublease is either Fall Semester (8/20/26 - 1/1/27) or full year from 8/20/26 -> 7/31/27. We both are currently locked between 2 leases, and because of this, we’re willing to get off this lease by any means. Please, if you are even slightly interested, shoot a DM or email me (akokate@purdue.edu) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!! We’d be willing to compensate you significantly for taking up our lease, and we are eager to answer any questions you have. Any sublease costs we’d cover on our side.

Amenities: Kitchen, Couch and TV, Rooms furnished with Desk and Bed

Roommates: You’d have two other roommates (M) along with the 2nd person to take a sublease, they are both undergrad upperclassmen and both are our close friends and are very chill, reasonable people. We’d be willing to share their details if you're interested.

At this point we are desperate to get off this lease and would be willing to accommodate nearly anything so please don’t hesitate to ask questions / show any interest.

EDIT: I wanna reclarify a few things about the rent rq. The rent is actually 749/Month without Ulilities, however, they also threw in a 1000 gift card along with my lease once moved in. That would most likely transfer to the new sublease, meaning the true price of rent would be around 749*12 -1000 (655/month for full year). Utilities not included.

Purdue Housing Release Waitlist Dilemma

So about a month ago, my roommate and I signed a lease for off-campus housing (Victory on Salisbury) with 2 of our friends. We both were already signed up under Purdue Residences at ASPIRE for the upcoming semester. We were pressured to sign early because of a great offer, and figured that releasing our Purdue Housing would be a simple matter; however, fast forward to today, and it's looking to be a bigger and bigger problem as we get closer to the semester. They give barely any information and just make the whole process 1000x more stressful. I was wondering if anyone in here has any experience being on the release waitlist and what I should expect. Is there anything I could do on my end, such as look for replacements to take Purdue Housing for me? I know that breaking Victory on Salisbury lease is essentially impossible to do, and I would need to find someone to sublease that for me, so is that something I should start looking into right now? Any advice on how to move forward would be appreciated.
