Anyone else experienced this on their 4P? (GIMBAL ISSUE)
Just got this a couple of days ago, shooting was fine and all, but as soon as I woke up this morning. This started appearing. I was really confused because the gimbal wasn't moving. The touch screen also wasn't responsive (every time I tried pressing I could hear the motor trying to re-adjust but it wouldn't budge). I've tried everything you can tell:
-10 second reset method
-Gimbal calibration
-Factory reset
-Firmware is latest on Mimo
-No SD card inserted
-Flossed between the arms incase of debris
THE ONLY TIME this would go away would be when I actually forced the gimbal to the right position with my hands. But I don't want to "damage" the structure or whatever holds the gimbal together.
Really disappointed as I bought this device from Amazon Japan to ship to Australia. So I'm kinda copping a big L here. Not sure if this is common with the 4P due to the alignment of camera.
FYI everything works fine, as soon as it's off the gimbal protection mode. It's moreso the inconvenience of the way the gimbal works when turning on and off the device.
Any tips would help heaps, I have an upcoming trip and I don't want to miss out filming !
