PŸUR salesman coming home and scamming you when you’ve an active wifi.
Hey guys, has anyone else experienced this where a PŸUR agent comes home when you move into a new apartment in Munich saying that this building is now moving to optic fibre and make you sign an agreement by falsely promising that they’ll take care of the existing contract transfer?
A guy called Lukas from PŸUR came home asking which WiFi I use and I had a new contract from MNet. He said MNet will no longer function for this building after 5 months and everyone must move to PŸUR. He literally said everyone did it except me and made me sign the contract. I asked him thrice if my existing MNet contract will be discontinued immediately and he said yes.
Later of course I got charged by both and I contact the customer support and they said this isn’t true and they asked me to fill some forms for the transfer.
Now after 6 months I’m paying for both and the customer support is saying it’s not their fault and they aren’t supporting me anymore on this.
Does anyone know what to do here? I can’t pay for both for the next 1 year! I didn’t do anything wrong here but yet being scammed and they just talk to me like I’m stupid!
Is there a legal service who can support here? I can’t afford to spend more money on this anymore.
And humble request - please don’t go with PŸUR. They are such a scam in many ways!!!!
