That Unreleased Track Might Be Someone’s Heater in the Cold

Stop overthinking and just do it. The more you obsess over little subtle details that most people won’t hear, The longer you’ll be sitting on a banger that the world might never get to hear.

FISHER’s EDC 2026 set has been unlisted/removed:(

And with it went the tracklist I wrote as accurately as I could find, Not sure what happened, but it took me abt 2 hours of searching for many of the ID’s within the set and I couldn’t rely on tracklist1001 for the true timestamps since it was quite inaccurate. Just a little disheartening but it’s still a banger set and I hope it comes back soon 🥲

How organized my work is currently, how can I improve it?

(Disclaimer: Yes there’s controversy with AI in music production but the only time I use it is when I can’t word shit right and need certain things to look clean and formatted!)

Where can I upload my sets/mashups so they don’t get copyright striked and taken down?

I’ve made quite a few mashups over the past year and have made mock sets with abt an hour of mixed tracks including originals, bootlegs and unreleased mashups however in the 2 times I’ve tried uploading them to SoundCloud or YouTube, they just get taken down due to “Copyright protection”.

Thoughts on using ChatGPT to analyze different things from an audio file?

Today I finished a UKG flip of a classic festival remix and I uploaded the WAV file to ChatGPT to see what its analysis on it would be, this was its answer! Would you trust ChatGPT to handle analysis of your tracks or does it seem sketchy?

If my mix is already hitting -8 to -9 LUFS cleanly with a soft clipper, am I overthinking mastering chains?

I’ve got a track that’s already sitting around -8 to -9 LUFS on the master output, and doesn’t distort when exported on WAV/FLAC. I’m using a soft clipper on the master for loudness/peak control, plus basic filtering with a HP at 30 Hz/48db per octave/56 Resonance. Now the mix itself was done properly using buses and individual track processing with EQ, slight compression, saturation and a final surgical eq!

My question is, do I actually need all the extra mastering plugins like a limiter, stereo widener, multiband compression, or FX chains on the master, or is a simple setup like this (clipper + basic cleanup) enough if the mix already sounds good?

At what point is adding more master processing just unnecessary vs actually improving the track?

I’ve been thinking about what a more modern synth inside FL Studio Mobile could look like, and sketched out a concept called WaveLab.

The goal wasn’t to copy desktop synths like Serum, Sylenth or Massive, but to design something that actually fits FL Mobile’s workflow— which is fast, touch-based, and focused on getting usable sounds quickly.

Core idea:
3-layer sound engine (Core / Texture / Sub) instead of complex oscillator stacks.

Simple wavetable + analog-style shaping (Shape, Harmonics, Edge, Width).

Focus on movement and evolution rather than deep synthesis menus.

Main feature is a Motion system:
3–4 modulation lanes (LFO, step sequencer, curve, groove patterns).

Designed to make basses, leads, pads, and FX feel alive without heavy programming.

Performance-focused controls:
6 macro knobs (Energy, Movement, Dirt, Space, Width, Tension).
XY pad for live modulation.

“Build → Drop” style morph control for transitions and automation.

FX section is intentionally simple:
[Filter, distortion, chorus, delay, reverb]
Focused on fast, mix-ready shaping instead of deep routing.

UI direction:
Designed to match FL Studio Mobile’s native plugin style (dark UI, orange accents, compact knobs, tab-based layout).
No desktop-style spacing or oversized modern synth UI
Dense but readable, like existing FL Mobile instruments

Overall goal:
A synth that feels like it actually belongs inside FL Mobile, but makes it much faster to design modern EDM sounds (house, bass, techno, melodic, etc.) without needing deep sound design knowledge.
I’m Curious what people think, would something like this actually fit FL Mobile’s ecosystem, or is it too advanced for the platform?

Some artists have done questionable or worse things, but that doesn’t change the fact that certain tracks still hit hard in a live setting and artists like Bassnectar and Datsik for example.

I’m not defending anyone’s actions- but I do think there’s a real conversation around whether DJs should separate the music from the artist, especially when the crowd clearly still reacts.

Where do you draw the line?

I thought I was going crazy seeing the scroll gesture issue and I didn’t know that was just a bug 😭👏🏼

There’s 94 videos in this playlist and they’re all from his channel under a series called “WALL Pro Academy”. It’s definitely full of useful things that producers should know and a lot from what I’m learning to be quite helpful aswell! And it’s free which is almost unheard of from many series talking about production😭👏🏼
