Rules:
- no overlevelling (Simon lvl cap is 90)
- no Curator services (bonus lumina, upgrades)
- no revives including self revive
- no stun lock, no Delayed Slash loop

I specifically didn't want to use a 1-shot for Simon, because I like the OST and find parrying his attacks immensely satisfying ... but I underestimated Esqium. That said, my concentration usually falters from the 3rd attack onward and I rarely survive a single hit.
