Beyond the standard 75% LTV that most bridging lenders offer, some can go up to 85% with the right amount of collateral. But does anyone know of any lenders that private individual lenders or institutional lenders that can lend up to 100% of all costs, for the right returns obviously?

Is it worth buying a fire damaged house on auction for the purposes of BRR? Has anyone done it before and can suggest if it was worth it and any unusual pitfalls to look out for
