How to get more than 85% LTV?

Beyond the standard 75% LTV that most bridging lenders offer, some can go up to 85% with the right amount of collateral. But does anyone know of any lenders that private individual lenders or institutional lenders that can lend up to 100% of all costs, for the right returns obviously?
