Would a progression aware fantasy companion app actually be useful?

Does anyone else wish there was a spoiler safe “catch me up” companion app for huge fantasy series?
I’ve been thinking about this because I constantly run into the same problem:
I’m midway through a long series and I forget:
who a character is
what a spell/item does
current factions/objectives
where I last saw someone
or what the hell is happening overall 😂
But fandom wikis are dangerous because one wrong click and suddenly:
MASSIVE SPOILER.
My idea is basically:
You select:
Series → Book → Chapter
…and the app only shows information that’s safe up to that exact point.
Things like:
“Who is this?” character summaries
last major events
current objectives
active factions/bosses
spells/items already unlocked
short “Catch me up” recaps
The big thing is:
Spoilers are OFF by default.
So the system would understand progression state instead of functioning like a giant lore dump.
I originally thought of this for Dungeon Crawler Carl because LitRPG systems get insane to track, but honestly I think this could work for:
Stormlight,
Malazan,
Wheel of Time,
Red Rising,
Cradle,
etc.
Would you actually use something like this?
And if so:
what would be the FIRST thing you’d want it to help with?

DCC Companion?

Quick idea I’ve been thinking about:
A spoiler safe companion app for long fantasy/LitRPG series. You pick:
Series → Book → Chapter/Page
…and the app only shows info that’s safe up to that exact point in the story.
So instead of digging through wikis and risking spoilers, you’d get:
current character info
skills/spells
items/upgrades
bosses/factions
recaps/reminders
relationship tracking
etc
Basically a “Where am I right now?” system for huge series like Dungeon Crawler Carl.
The big thing is the app would understand progression state, so it wouldn’t reveal future info accidentally.
Would you use something like this?
If yes:
What would be the #1 feature you’d want first?
