My XPS 9520 does after a shutdown or hibernate auto power on. I already disabled all the BIOS auto power on settings like with the lid or battery... it seems it waits for around 30 seconds, then it starts blinking 6 times white, once amber, for three times and then auto power on.

I have opened the laptop removed the battery and drained it via power button, no success.

I think it's a software / bios thing. Does anyone have a solution? Currently suspend is what I do, otherwise it gets hot in my backback...
