Laparoscopic surgery for gallstones removal

I am thalassemia minor and my bilirubin is always around 4.4-5. I’ve gallstones and need to go through a surgery. Last month doctor said that there is high inflammation and infection and they gave in antibiotics for 7 days and ask to get test again after 1 month. Now when we did test today again, it shows bilirubin high, platelets low. Doctor says it will be a complicated surgery. Did any one else had a successful surgery with these traits.
