Solar Finish
Hi everyone!
I recently bought a new Solar V2.6FBB Baritone – Flame Black Burst Matte.
I noticed that the body sides have brown/purple areas with a very distinct straight transition line (see photo).
Solar support told me this is intentional and that the wood grain is supposed to be visible on all guitars with this finish.
Could owners of the same model (or other Flame Black Burst Matte models) please check their guitars and, if possible, post a close-up photo of the body side?
I'm trying to understand whether this appearance is typical for this finish or if my guitar is different.
