I am recently married and within 1 months. I am diagnosed with psoriasis on my penis head and foreskin.

In addition on fingers of my both hand.

I don't know how to discuss it with my wife and how she will react to it.

I am getting lot of unnecessary thoughts and getting stressed out.

Also, my dermatologist said it will not impact sexual life completely and you can have child, but I am worried about its impact on our sexual life.

Dermatologist prescribed Otezla (Apremilast 30 mg), Providac and Omega XL 4g tables twice daily alongwith Pimecrolimus cream application on glan.

I have psoriasis and want to discuss for biologic options with my dermatologist.

I want to know few things about biologic-

1. Is biologic available in india (Chennai)?

2. How much these biologic costs?

3. Whether insurance or any assistance program will cover the cost?

4. As biologic required to be kept refrigerated, how to ensure that?

5. If I am traveling within India, are biologics available in all states of India (tamilnadu, karnataka, maharashtra, bihar, up, delhi, rajasthan as I required to travel to these states for my work)
