Salam everyone, been married for three years now and really regretting it, my husband is so laid back about things, from the beginning I’ve had to make all the important decisions and really push him to finalise things by giving him ultimatums, he’s never taken any initiative regarding planning our future. Even when he finally does shows initiative I find it so fake and rather than being appreciative, I’m starting to resent him. We’ve got family involved and also tried some counselling but nothing seems to be working. I’ve also tried communicating to him clearly about how I feel but the conversation often gets side tracked with me being labelled as impatient or unappreciative. What shall I do?
