Restoring God Mode + Bitizen
I bought God Mode + Bitizen through BitLife Store on Safari on my old IPhone in January 18, 2026 using Debit Card. I changed to a new IPhone in february and recently redownloaded BitLife to see that I couldn’t restore God Mode + Bitizen. Yes, I have tried to press “Restore Purchase” button several times. Yes, I’ve been using the same Apple ID for the past 10 years. No, I could not find the Bitlife in my Apple Store’s purchased history since I bought it through Bitlife Store.
I created a customer support ticket on Bitlife website on July 25, they replied in August 4 telling me to press the “Restore Purchase” button. I told them it didn’t work, also provided the transaction history in my bank app. They’ve been ignoring me ever since. What do I do now?
