The replacement offer does not suit me
Hello,
My QC45 broke today. I wanted to repair them under warranty. Bose offered to send me earbuds in exchange for my headset. The problem is, I don't like the feeling of earbuds, and I have a disability that prevents me from using them. Do you think Bose customer support can do anything about this, or has anyone else faced the same issue?
Because of that, I haven't accepted the replacement offer yet
