I got selected in feb turned everything in and finally on the 18th i got an email all the info was verified to log onto the portal. I did that but nothing changed except it went from pending to submitted. They use rent cafe to update. Anyone in here from stark county knows how much longer this could take. The agency is horrible with communication i have called and emailed and nothing back.
