Reason of death

So I had an injured otostigmus, apparently the reason for his injury was a rough molting process, as he died completely I could look around of his exoskeleton trying to find a reason for his death, apparently there was a cut on the bottom of his exoskeleton, close to the head, the bed I made for it was humid to avoid dehydration, that worsened the injury making it necrose.

I did not know about this injury and that's why I placed a humid bed, I tried to not search while he was alive to avoid stress and more complications.

I applied oxygenated water on his wounds trying to clean it so the necrose would slow down, giving me time to dry his body

bad news

so 5 days ago i found an Otostigmus who had recently molten near a creek in a forest, he had plenty of legs missing a cut on one segment, one antennae missing and the other one prolly hurt, i decided to take him home to let him rest, recuperate and maybe be able to make this guy go any further.
but sadly since last night he is totally unresponsive and he curled his head a bit weird, also he didn't changed position for the last 6 hours which i find weird.
Is not my first time keeping a hurt centipede but it is my first time that it got worse instead of better, i keep him on a humid sheet of paper with a small container with cotton and water so he could drink from it without drowning, i did not tried to feed him because his exoskeleton is still hardening, the place he stays at is dark with good ventilation and relatively quiet.
also that red stain on the paper wasn't there until this morning, there is no smell on it so i didn't tried to change trying to evade any stress on the centipede

I wanted to know if anyone can help me identify what could've happened to him and if so what can i do to help him.

this is him at 5pm
