Does anyone know where I can source cable guides or cable stop for a Colnago EPS? I'm not entirely sure if that is what they're called but it looks like its a threaded piece that goes into the piece where you route the derailer wires through on the top tube and down tube. I'm located in USA. Unfortunately local stores around have not been able to help. I can't find anything online, ebay or amazon.

Please excuse my biking terminology ignorance as it's my 1st bike build. Thanks for any help
