I'm confused ( j*b related)

I'm confused ( j*b related)

I'm 21M,

I actually got selected in a 'frustrating' MNC at campus (2025), later I got rejected from that MNC because I didn't provide proper documentation for onboarding process which later led me to be unemployed for 9 months.

Recently, I got selected in a 'big' medical billing company in Chennai through walk-in.

Now the 'perchaanai' is that MNC recalled my offer and they processed for my onboarding again. My mom says to go for MNC but I choose medical billing because I find that job/role easier than MNC's role.

  1. I may find scope in Medical Billing after 2 years of experience but in MNC, I may find it in 1 year
  2. Medical Billing's salary is double the MNC's salary.
  3. MNC and Medical Billing have one in common, both may kick me out if I didn't perform good in probation period (that's obvious) but MNC may give me a stipend of 5kpm
  4. There is already a friend of mine working in that Medical Billing but I have no one in that MNC.

I and my whole family was happy about that MNC call initially (2025), later it was only frustration about that.

Thirumba call letter vandhuduchu nuh sandhosam padurathaa illa ivlo naal vechi senjitu thirumba vaaran eh nuh varuthaa padurathaa

What move should I make?

Ps: picture is little related to my situation
