Plant ID help please

Hi there, I received this plant for free today in Bothell, WA. I asked the person who gifted it to me and she said she didn’t know what it was. I asked google what plant it is and it said tomatillos or sunflower. Chatgbt said it’s a dahlia. Can anyone help ID? Thank you so much!!!
