id app says basil but I definitely didn’t plant any? missouri USA

Planted a LOT of flowers seeds and now that things are sprouting I’m having fun trying to identify weeds and such. The PictureThis app is suggesting basil but I never planted any herbs. It definitely smells herbal though. There is a bird feeder pretty close to it? I’m in Saint Louis MO

Help me ID this cactus please

So I bought this Cactus at a greenhouse I went to this morning. I forgot to ask the guy what kind it was. The SEEK app isn't helping me at all and I can't find anything online about it. Can anybody help me identify this beauty?

Help IDing a vine in the garden

In Southern Ontario.

I'm cleaning up a mature garden and unfortunately lots of things that have been planted over the years are invasive plants. Wondering if anyone can identify this vine. It seems to be sticking to the ground and doesn't seem interested in climbing the fence or trees, although it does travel across the yard.

Friend or foe? Don't *think* I planted this...

I'm in London, UK and don't know very much about plants. This has shot up in a corner of the garden, I suspect it has been seeded from somewhere and I should probably dig it up, but thought that I would check with you lovely folk first just in case!

Weed or Phlox?

We planted these last year… we think… with our non-sleeping toddler some memory may be erased… before I pull this, trying to figure out what it is!

Thanks!

My cat is obsessed with trying to eat these plants, so I would like to know what they are to check. Wales (next to England). I don't have use Google so I can't lens it

I'm guessing the one is a type of fern but that's all I know.

Help confirming tentative ID: Garlic Mustard and creeping bellflower??

In eastern Ontario, Canada, zone 6b (~zone 6 US). These two plants are all over my new yard. The #1 is several seedlings scattered throughout, and #2 appears in clumps and patches, especially along the borders. I've a horrid feeling they might be garlic mustard and creeping bellflower, both of which are aggressively invasive here, but I'm not confident enough in my ID ability. I've used a plant identification app as well, but both these plants are a bit "general plant"-like so I'd like some human help before commiting to a battle against the whole yard.

Work says it's poison hemlock. I'm not convinced.

These plants are everywhere on my current jobsite. My work's safety personnel state that this is poison hemlock, but I'm not convinced that it is. The plants range in height from about 10 to 20 inches. Hopefully you can see the other details in the pictures. We are working in South Eastern Washington, Garfield County, just South of the Snake River.

Most of the safety personnel are from Texas and Oklahoma, and are not entirely familiar with local flora and fauna beyond what they were told by another company who barely does business in the area. They called picture that was clearly an Elk a Moose, so I really don't feel confident that they know what they're talking about. Every time I look up poison hemlock in Eastern Washington, I see a very different looking plant that is nowhere on the jobsite.

One of the locals says it's a kind of "milk weed" that they enjoy chewing on and have been chewing on for years with no ill effects, which adds another layer to the concern I have about inaccurate information from the safety team. If anyone can either appropriately identify the plant or at the very least say for certain it isn't poison hemlock, I would sincerely appreciate it!

It is trying to kill itself???

I just installed a Barrina light after having a mix of natural light and Sylvana bulbs for forever. Obviously this light is far stronger, which I expected, but is this dude just lost in the sauce or is it going to light fatigue itself due to an issue? I don’t have any experience with any plant like this, and unfortunately I don’t have any information on the variety itself.

I was gifted some bulbs from my grandad off an ancient, giant Elephant Ear plant he’s kept going through all phases for years now. No clue on the type since my grandad has no clue what these are, but they get huge. Attached are photos of his main plants in their prime, with the artist himself! He’s so proud of them lol as he should be, but I’m committed to raising my own at least partially as beautiful as his. Any thoughts on whatever crisis this dudes going for, I’ll take em. (P.S. I know my clear semi hydro containers are a no-no but I’ve got new ones coming next week. I was young and dumb but I’ve learned from my mistakes and I’m doing better now)

Can someone identify this fruit?

Sorry for the bad picture, the seed especially looks deceiving in this, but does anybody know the name of this fruit/plant? It was purchased in Bogotá during August and tasted similar to a mangosteen if that is of any help.
