I have no idea what this is. The ID app on my phone comes up with different answers every time. It’s definitely growing like a weed. At first I thought it was mint but all the leaves are quite skinny. Please help! I live in Alberta Canada, if that is any help!

At 5am this morning I was woken up by what sounded at first like gun fire. But it proceeded on and on, sounding more like fireworks or mini explosions? I am in the Mount View area near 16th Ave. Absolutely confused and shaken up. Did anyone else hear this or know wtf happened? Why on earth would someone set off fireworks at 5am?
I want to check out some open mic comedy nights in Calgary and I saw that Vern’s has one every Wednesday. I went to Vern’s once like 18 years ago with a group of people for a show. But I want to know, Is it safe to attend the open mic comedy show at Vern’s alone as a woman?
