Help identifying this bush

A local garden consultant said it was an azalea. I think it might be a type of laurel. It bloomed primarily in spring, early summer, but has had a flower or two bloom since then, a mix of light and dark pink. SE Pennsylvania. Thanks!

This is the only bush like it that we've seen not just in our yard, but the neighborhood (most of the houses have similar bushes/landscaping). It's been flowering for a few weeks now, the new growth just started this past week. Thanks for your help!
