Is this poison ivy? Located in southern Pennsylvania

This happened years ago, but I set a bottle of some kind of cleaning solution on the nightstand and it ate through the paint. Any sort of easy fix for this? Wanting to sell the bedroom set and I’d like for this to look nicer. There are 2 rings, one worse than the other.

We are in southern PA. We recently had colder weather, so it may be winter burn of some kind? We have 2 more in the backyard that look the same, yet my neighbors’ across the street looks perfect. He said he didn’t do anything special.

We haven’t been in this house for even two years yet, so still have a lot to learn about the plants.
