Bale planning to move out kasi on 19th of the month. So, if ever na upon move out ko is the same day of move in ng papalit sakin, bale for consumption of these bills, na-consume ko lang sa water is for 2 weeks and 1 week of electricity for the month.
Is it reasonable ba na makihati siya sakin for the consumption of the accrued utility bills, for the weeks na wala na ako and siya na nagstay?
