Even after death and level ups, your dashing abilities will keep their their ability haste from level 3 dashing from unstable transmute.

I got it on kassadin, and was absolutely broken. My R was on 0.8s (later 0.33 on level 3 R) cooldown from round 1.

Unstable transmute is pretty dang strong already, but if you got a dash reliant champ, that's even more reasons to take it now.

sorry for bad screeenshot quality lol but you can see i have no dashing and 40 ability haste yet my ult CD is 0.58.
