This house looks awesome, is very walkable, newer for a Seattle home, no HOA or other weirdness, and in general seems like such a bargain for Maple Leaf at the listed price of $1.25M. Is it that where it is people feel it’s more Northgate and less Maple Leaf even though it’s a good way up the hill? I know it’s only been a few weeks but every time I’ve seen a house like this further south in Maple Leaf it seems to be gone within the first day or two.
