My step father is pursuing a civil case all about me.
I was recently cleared on a charge for threats of terrorism. My step dad is going to persue the school in a civil case, citing how none of the teachers did anything while the insane amount of bullying towards me was happening. But recently he's started taking all of my stuff away for stupid reasons. Now he's started saying how he isn't going to give me any of the so called compensation from the case. I don't think I want them doing a civil case where only they benefit on my misfortune. It's wrong and evil. I don't know what to do, I want to sabotage and make the civil case fail because they don't plan on giving me anything for the misfortune I've had to go through, NOT them. I also got diagnosed recently with diabetes, and he keeps saying how I'm gonna be 400 pounds. I've actually lost 20 pounds since my diagnosis, I weigh about 240 now. I'm a 6'2 with a sturdy frame. Now him saying I'm gonna weigh 400 pounds is hitting me where I shouldn't care but it hurts. I don't know what to do. Location: iowa
